Exchange Policy

At SQS (Superb Quality Shirts), we're committed to ensuring you get the perfect fit.

Eligible for Exchange

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Shirts must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
  • Products with stains, perfume, damage, or missing tags will not be eligible for exchange.

Size Exchange

Finding the right fit is our priority. If your size isn't perfect, we'll happily exchange it for the correct size, subject to availability.

Colour Exchange

Need a different colour? You can exchange your shirt for another colour of the same style, provided it is available in stock.

Exchange Process

  1. Raise an exchange request through your SQS account or by contacting our customer support team.
  2. Our team will arrange a pickup (available in serviceable locations only).
  3. Once the product passes our quality inspection, your replacement shirt will be dispatched.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale.
  • Customized or altered shirts.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

Our Smart Size Recommendation is specifically designed for Indian body types to help you find the right fit from your very first order. As a result, 98% of our customers keep their first shirt, making exchanges rare.
