How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Do you deliver across India?
Yes. SQS ships to most serviceable PIN codes across India. We are currently not shipping internationally.
Can I pay Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available for selected PIN codes. You can also pay securely using UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS and Email. You can also track your order anytime from the Track Order page on our website.
How do I choose the right size?
Our Smart Fit Recommendation analyzes your body measurements and Indian sizing standards to suggest the best size for you. No more guessing your size.
Can I exchange my shirt if the size doesn’t fit?
Absolutely. We offer a 7-day size exchange on unused shirts with original tags, subject to stock availability.
Can I exchange the colour?
Yes. If your preferred colour is available, you can exchange for another colour in the same style and size.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are available only in eligible cases as per our Return Policy. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
